Most of the DEI Builder members work in HR and DEI teams, but we have also seen professionals from other teams benefit from the experience, including those who are part of DEI Committees, Employee Resource Groups (ERG) and leadership teams.
This program will give you everything you need to successfully lead the charge on Diversity, Equity & Inclusion in your organization. You’ll learn how to create an effective DEI plan, how to measure how your organization is doing, how to increase awareness of diversity issues within your company, how to build an inclusive culture where everyone feels comfortable bringing their authentic selves to work each day — and much more!
Great question! This program was designed to give you control over your learning experience and schedule. In other words, you can invest an hour a week or an hour a day, it’s up to you.
We know life gets busy, so you control the pace. Some may login daily, others may prefer to check in every once in a while. No matter how much time you have, for the entire year you’ll be able to attend the live sessions, explore the on-demand content, delve into the DEI tools, and engage with Community.
Keep in mind that for the DEI Builder Sprint, you’ll have to reserve about 15 hours over three weeks. Students typically spend 1 hour a day on sprint work. Others prefer to binge over the weekend.

After dedicating your time and completing the DEI Builder™ Sprint, you get to show it off. Upon completion, you’ll receive a digital badge certifying your achievement. The badges are easy to add to LinkedIn and share with your network.
